Leadership Space is a three-month, one-to-one mentoring partnership built around the real challenges you are facing at work. There is no fixed programme to work through. We focus on what matters to you and the leadership capability you want to develop.
01 An introductory conversation
A short complimentary conversation to explore what you are looking for, answer your questions and decide whether Leadership Space is the right fit.
02 Three monthly mentoring sessions
Three individual, 55-minute online sessions with Nicola. Bring a live challenge, explore your options and identify practical shifts to try between sessions.
03 Space to reflect and put learning into practice
Between sessions, you can try new approaches in your day-to-day leadership. Each conversation builds on what you have noticed, learned and want to explore next.
